His scope of practice includes general adult neurosurgery with a special emphasis on complex spine and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He routinely performs complex spine surgery using minimally invasive techniques with the latest proven technology. It is because of his outstanding reputation that Dr. Dietze can easily and accurately use the most minimally invasive techniques for simple as well as complex cases. Jason Cormier, MD is a board-certified neurosurgeon based in Lafayette, Louisiana, specializing in complex spine, cerebrovascular, and neuro-oncology surgery, with internationally recognized expertise in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and concussion. A Louisiana native, he played collegiate basketball at LSU under Coach Dale Brown before earning his MD from LSU School of Medicine–New Orleans, completing a neurosurgery internship at Duke University, and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Cormier founded the Motorsports Safety Group and the Motorsports Brain & Spine Foundation, partnering with organizations across NCAA/NFL, ARCA/NASCAR, rodeo circuits, motorsports, and the military. He serves as an FDA consultant, sits on the ThinkFirst Board of Directors, and advises Q30 Innovations (Q-Collar) and Brain Armor. Steve Lee, MD

Dr. Steve Lee is Board Certified from The American Board of Anesthesiology in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He grew up in New York and is a graduate of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed both his residency and fellowship training at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Lee offers the latest in interventional pain modalities including ultrasound-guided and fluoroscopically guided procedures, peripheral nerve ablation, and the latest advances in spinal cord neuromodulation/surgical techniques.

Dr. Morgan provides treatment for neurological diseases, concussion or traumatic brain injury, spinal conditions, central, autonomic, and peripheral nervous system disorders.
Dr. Morgan completed her residency in neurology and a fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Clinical Immunology In addition to two years of transplant surgery critical care medicine.
Dr. Morgan is board certified in neurology and licensed in the state of Louisiana and Florida.
Nathaniel Rawicki, MD

Nathaniel Rawicki, MD is an orthopedic spine surgeon who brings a fresh, dynamic approach to complex spine care, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery, spinal deformity, and revision procedures aimed at faster recovery and reduced postoperative medication use. He graduated with honors in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, then earned his MD at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, finishing in the top 5% of his class and being elected to Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Rawicki completed orthopedic residency at New York Medical College, serving as Chief Resident, with training at Westchester Medical Center, Mount Sinai, and the Hospital for Special Surgery. He then completed the prestigious John H. Moe Spine Fellowship at the Twin Cities Spine Center. He maintains active scholarly work with multiple publications and presentations.
